  • Ketchup, to garnish on the meat

Let’s try to Make that McDonald’s alike Cheeseburger

Add the beef meat to a large bowl and lightly blend together. User a blender, but doing by hand is for sure better (just remember to work with clean hands!). Then you should mix all of the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. If you have children, let them help or if you have a wife or friend over. This is fun too doing together!

Weigh the meat mixture into exactly 1.6 oz patties for a regular McDonald’s patty. Then place the burgers on a sheet pan in between two pieces of parchment paper and place it in the freezer for 1 ½ hour.

Keep the water boiling, then move the burgers from the freezer

Remove the burgers from the freezer exactly 2 to 4 minutes before you are ready to cook them. Heat a large, nonstick griddle to high. Place the patties on the griddle, season heavily with the seasonings, and let them sit for 30 seconds. Use a spatula is recommended. Press down on the patty for roughly 6 seconds. Flip the burger and repeat it! Remembering to season heavily. If you don’t have grill seasoning, then you need to try out with salt and pepper alone.

When the burgers are done, add a slice of burger type of cheese. For the burger, you need to place the buns loosely wrapped in a paper towel in the microwave and heat for 13 seconds so that they become soft. In the oven, the buns will be too crunchy. The bread of McDonald’s cheeseburgers are soft and not hard at all!

Place a little dash of ketchup on the cooked burgers. They should be placed in the corners. Four of them,.. or more if you want to add taste. In the empty spaces of the burger, place some dashes of mustard there. I usually always put more ketchup on the burgers, but that is up to you how you want it to be.  Place 1-6 slices of pickles on top. Depending on the sizes of the pickles.

Then, in the end, you can remove the onions from the water and drain thoroughly. Cut them with a good knife. Top the burger with the onions and the other half of the bun.
